A. Yes. All MyOceanMail accounts are 100% Safelist friendly. Some of our customers use their MyOceanMail email accounts as a primary business contact for their own customers. If you have ever had problems in the past receiving your emails because of anti Spam filters, blackholes, etc., you can relax here at MyOceanMail. We only use our own dedicated servers to host your email accounts. Our servers are never overloaded either. Additional servers are always added when needed.


Q. Can I Use MyOceanMail to Send Ads to My Safelist Accounts?

A. No, This Is Not Allowed. MyOceanMail can only be used to RECEIVE SAFELIST EMAILS. In addition, any form of bulk mailing is strictly prohibited. You may use your MyOceanMail account to send non-bulk emails from your account.


Q. What Happens If I Use MyOceanMail to Send Bulk Mail Or Spam?

A. All Spam incidents are investigated on an individual basis. If anyone is found to be sending unauthorized emails from their MyOceanMail account, their account will be permanently deleted without refund.


Q. Do You Offer POP3 Access?

A. Yes. You can retrieve all of your email through your favorite email client (such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Pandora, etc.). Please note that SMTP access is not available. What this means is you need to use your OWN ISP's SMTP servers to send your email.


Q. Do You Offer Message Filtering?

A. Yes! You can easily create and manage all your email filters with MyOceanMail. This is a great time saver. Instantly have all your mail sorted and placed in special folders for easy access.
